2 medium onions
1 pound 92% ground beef
3 cloves (blocks) of garlic

brown together

1 large can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes Garlic and Onion (run through the food processor to make it into crushed tomatoes)
1 can Red Pack Petite Diced tomatoes
1 sm can Red Pack Tomato Paste
1 can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
2 cans Joan of Arc light red kidney beans

.5 tsp cumin
2 tsp Penzey's Medium Hot Chili Powder
1 tsp Penzey's Hot Chili Powder
